"Our Feathered Friends"

With the coming of spring, our lives are brightened with the arrival of "Our Feather Friends." The song birds that call our region home and migratory birds passing through, bring life to the trees, and lend their songs to the wind. We celebrate them this month with art by many artists who bring their talents to such an inspiring subject matter.

We have a variety of works featuring birds by nationally renown artists Terry Isaac and Robert Bateman, with local artists Jerry Poindexter, Lorainne Kranke, Debbie Hughbanks, Paula Richards, Nancy Lawder and Tom Bowman.

And again this month we are featuring our Friday Art Night "Meet the Artist" events. This is a great opportunity to stop by, visit with artists and art professionals, enjoy art, ceramics, jewelry, glass art, creative framing possibilities and more.
Fridays from 5pm to 7pm.

Friday April 12, Paula Richards will be discussing her layering techniques of her art.
